Jim Campbell has been performing home inspections since 1999, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience to every property he inspects. As the owner and inspector of ABI Home and Property Inspections LLC, Jim believes a quality home inspection should do more than identify defects—it should help people understand the home they are purchasing and give them the information they need to make confident decisions.

Over the years, Jim has inspected a wide variety of properties, from older homes with decades of repairs and renovations to new construction, manufactured homes, crawlspace foundations, and modern residential systems. His approach is thorough, practical, and straightforward, with an emphasis on explaining findings in language his clients can understand.
